This is an on-site position located at Shift4's headquarters in Center Valley, PA, with operations running Monday to Friday.
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Associate serves as the first point of contact for merchants across various communication channels, addressing queries related to payment processing, POS systems, hardware, software, and account management. This role demands technical curiosity, adept problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding payment processing, billing, hardware, software, and account issues.
- Guide merchants through troubleshooting procedures for credit card terminals, POS systems, and integrated software platforms.
