Shift Requirements: This position requires availability from 11 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $20 with ample opportunities for advancement based on performance. Here’s how your earnings can grow:
- Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour
- Starting Pay: $20/hr
- After 3 Months: $21/hr
- After 6 Months: $21.75/hr
Within your first year, you can elevate your pay from $20/hr to $23/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which includes four merit opportunities annually. Eligible team members can receive a one-time $1 increase within their first 90 days, followed by an additional $0.75 increase every 90 days thereafter.
Additionally, Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs at your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings!
