This role involves:
Providing timely responses to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and support tickets on a daily basis.
Supporting our customers across Malaysia and Singapore.
Identifying potential leads and facilitating their transfer to the sales team for high-volume or custom orders.
Collaborating with various departments to address customer complaints effectively through our dedicated complaints dashboard.
Analyzing recurrent issues and proposing long-term solutions to enhance our service quality.
