We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our team, someone who can build trust with customers and assist in the daily management of operations.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience at our garage.
Your role will involve ensuring smooth scheduling of appointments, billing, and follow-ups, while supporting management in the continuous improvement of our services.
Customer Reception and Relations
- Greet customers with professionalism, a smile, and empathy.
- Respond to calls and emails, scheduling appointments based on technician availability and estimated job durations.
- Provide clear explanations regarding the necessary work, estimates, and timelines.
- Conduct follow-ups after repairs (10 days) and quotes (7 days) to assess satisfaction and foster customer loyalty.
- Ensure every customer leaves the workshop satisfied and well-informed.
Billing and Administration
- Accurately issue invoices with attention to detail.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and completed work.
- Keep customer files, payments, and work orders up to date.
- Assist the manager with inventory tracking of parts and supplies.
- Generate reports on performance indicators (satisfaction, timelines, appointment volume) as needed.
Communication and Coordination
- Work closely with the workshop manager and mechanics to prioritize interventions and effectively manage workdays.
- Facilitate communication between customers and technicians to ensure mutual understanding of needs.
- Participate in improving internal processes for customer service.
- Help maintain a positive work environment based on respect and collaboration.
