As a Customer Service Planner, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of inbound and outbound goods. Your expertise will enhance our customer service experience and streamline our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing operational concerns and providing effective solutions to inquiries.
- Promptly manage and respond to emails in the general mailbox.
- Assist in adapting to new customer needs and requirements.
- Transport & Workload Planning: Oversee incoming container logistics via the inland port, planning and reporting on volumes with the latest tools.
- Coordinate daily outbound transport schedules and maintain effective communication with port operators and forwarding agents to ensure uninterrupted shipments.
- Organize pallet delivery schedules to optimize warehouse operations.
- Project Follow-up: Collaborate with supervisors and process engineers to support and drive improvement projects while evaluating existing processes for enhancement opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Participate in both virtual and in-person meetings, providing necessary support to back-office colleagues.
