You will engage hands-on with a variety of operational workflows, including managing accounts receivable and payable, facilitating employee onboarding, and overseeing office management. Collaborating closely with our Head of Operations and various cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in supporting our rapidly growing, mission-driven edtech organization, where your contributions will directly enhance financial accuracy, employee satisfaction, and team productivity.YOU WILL:Finance OperationsOversee the complete accounts receivable process, encompassing billing, collections, and reconciliation.Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and vendor payments.Act as a liaison to our bookkeeping team.Administer our expense platform, ensuring policy compliance and efficient user management.People Operations, HR Administration, and Talent AcquisitionCoordinate the employee onboarding process.Manage HRIS functions, including data entry, system updates, maintenance of employee records, and compliance with HR forms.
