About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will embody the values of Datacom while assisting New Zealanders with inquiries about our client’s services. You will leverage comprehensive knowledge resources, receive extensive training, and benefit from leadership support to efficiently manage tasks such as creating new accounts, processing service orders, collecting payments, responding to emergencies, and managing disconnections. Your role will involve engaging with customers through phone and email, ensuring quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
This position is available as a fixed-term contract for four months, commencing on the 18th of May.
Operating Hours Full-time opportunities are available during our operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (NZST & NZDT)
Shifts will be arranged on a rotating roster, provided two weeks in advance.
