Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this position, you will operate various equipment and ensure that our ingredients are stocked efficiently from the delivery area to storage and work spaces, including our walk-in cooler.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing our delicious products, processing telephone orders accurately, and maintaining inventory through meticulous record-keeping. You will also be responsible for cleaning equipment and facilities regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong mathematical abilities, enabling you to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately (a calculator may be used). You will need to make correct monetary change and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively process orders. Motor coordination is essential as you will be required to make precise movements swiftly. A fundamental understanding of using a computer keyboard or touch screen is necessary, as is the ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
