COMPENSATION:
Earn $20.00 per hour.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Utilize all equipment effectively.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas.
- Prepare food products to meet customer orders.
- Receive and process telephone orders accurately.
- Manage inventory and maintain associated documentation.
- Perform daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.
TRAINING: On-the-job orientation and training provided.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations.
- Capable of making accurate monetary change.
- Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Good motor coordination for precise movements.
- Experience with computers or touch screen devices for order entry.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to:
- Variable weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
- In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to over 90°F.
- Food odors and cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces and moving mechanical parts.
