As a vital member of our team, you will operate various equipment, manage stock, prepare delicious products, and efficiently handle customer orders over the phone and in person. Your role will involve taking inventory, maintaining cleanliness of our facility, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Training:
All necessary orientation and training will be provided on the job to help you succeed.
Key Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately process orders and instructions.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling monetary transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Work Environment:
Be prepared for varying weather conditions while performing tasks outside, and ensure you are comfortable with in-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to over 90°F in the kitchen. You will also be exposed to food odors, cornmeal dust, and other typical restaurant conditions.
Physical Requirements:
• Most tasks are performed standing; walking is typically for short distances.
• You will need to lift bulk product deliveries, which can weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity is required to operate kitchen equipment and process orders using a computer interface.
