- Provide friendly, confident, and engaging customer service that exemplifies Farm Boy's commitment to a superior shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers following Farm Boy's Service Standards while sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge of our products.
- Efficiently package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring products are presented to the highest standards with accurate signage.
- Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas through routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, prioritizing Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols.
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks and collaborate with team members as needed.
- Assist the team with additional tasks as required on occasion.
