Shift Availability: Call Center operations run from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST. Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within this timeframe is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize a PC/image station for information retrieval, documenting activities and database changes.
- Ensure thorough documentation of inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking.
- Foster positive customer relationships and collaborate with various company functions to address customer requests promptly.
- Research and analyze data to mitigate customer service challenges.
- Respond to routine inquiries via follow-up calls and emails.
- Employ computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of claims processes is beneficial.
- This is a Call Center role requiring candidates to be on the phone for 7.5 hours daily.
