The Customer Service Representative (Contract Administrator) plays a vital role in our operations by efficiently managing the input and balance of all incoming contracts and payments within our administrative system. This position assists with customer and dealer cancellations and handles contract inquiries with precision. You will work under direct supervision, utilizing established guidelines to carry out your responsibilities effectively.
* Please note that only local applicants will be considered, as this position requires onsite work at our Farmers Branch, TX office for a minimum of six months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.*
