What You’ll Bring to Spectrum:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 6 months in customer service; familiarity with computers and software applications; prior experience in cable operations or a telecommunications call center
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Abilities: Dependable, courteous, enthusiastic, and empathetic
