Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience & Travel Manager for Europe, you will ensure our office functions seamlessly, adheres to compliance standards, and provides exceptional service to our teams.You will play an instrumental role in refining our operational processes and enhancing employee engagement within our workplace.Your Responsibilities:Vendor & Supplier ManagementFoster and optimize partnerships with site suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, catering, etc.)Oversee contracts, service quality, and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectivenessLead or assist in tender processes and contract renegotiationsEmployee Experience & Workplace OperationsEnsure the seamless day-to-day operation of the Paris officeServe as the primary contact for all workplace-related queries from employeesOrganize and coordinate internal events (well-being initiatives, team-building activities, and company culture events)Continuously enhance workplace services, spaces, and overall employee engagementCompliance & SafetyGuarantee adherence to workplace regulations (health & safety, fire safety, security, hygiene)Coordinate regulatory checks and ensure documentation is currentImplement and uphold internal procedures related to safety, access, and site operations
