Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Evening Shift) at Bosch Service Solutions, where your role is crucial in providing assistance to customers facing roadside challenges that can significantly affect their daily lives. Founded in 2002, Roadside Protect, a part of Bosch Service Solutions, has successfully managed over 2,000,000 dispatches. Our mission is to offer exceptional service during critical moments when individuals find themselves stranded and in need of urgent assistance.
Work Hours: Full-Time (30 Hours): 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers requiring roadside assistance and represent our clients for various call types, including repair approvals, reimbursement inquiries, rental requests, insurance claims, trip interruptions, and claims administration.
- Collect situational information to process service requests utilizing our internal and external systems and applications, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures.
Training:
Our in-office training encompasses system and application usage, process and service education, and call handling. Training sessions are conducted in-office on weekdays for a duration of two weeks (Monday-Friday).
