What Will You Be Doing?
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for (international) customers at a leading international logistics service provider. This is a temporary position expected to last around 3 months. You will ensure that customer inquiries via email are addressed promptly, collaborating closely with the logistics team. Additionally, you will proactively keep our customers informed about their order statuses and resolve any potential issues professionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Updating open emails each morning;
Actively monitoring shipment statuses;
Collaborating with the logistics team to address complaints and set deadlines;
Proactively informing customers about agreed deadlines and solutions to their complaints;
Updating (international) customers about the arrival and departure times of their orders.
This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
