Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing sea freight import shipments, including all accompanying documentation.Providing proactive support and consultation to existing and new clients within import customer service.Communicating effectively with customers, partners, carriers, and agents domestically and internationally (including in English).Preparing and verifying import, customs, and transport documents.Handling hazardous goods imports according to regulations.Billing customers, service providers, and international branches.RequirementsCompleted commercial training, ideally in forwarding/logistics.Professional experience in sea freight, preferably in imports.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).High reliability with strong organizational and communication skills.Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
