Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Independently handling complex and research-intensive commercial and technical customer concerns
- Acting as a liaison between CUPRA SEAT Germany, CUPRA SEAT dealers, and customers
- Making decisions on individual cases within guidelines and analyzing repair processes to assess complaints and claims
- Generating targeted inquiries (leads) for CUPRA SEAT partners
- Phone qualification of potential customers as part of CUPRA SEAT's interest management and supporting sales promotion activities
