About the Role As a Personal Care Specialist at RISE, you will engage in meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients and customers from the moment they enter the store until they complete their purchase. Key Responsibilities Interact with and assist patients and customers in a welcoming retail environment. Educate patients and customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and safety. Utilize your product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens suitable for each individual's needs, staying updated on product information. Foster a positive, communicative, and customer-oriented work environment. Assist in verifying the accuracy of incoming order deliveries. Support the management team to ensure smooth retail operations, compliance with regulations, and effective resolution of any reported issues or complaints. Uphold local and state cannabis regulations. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor. Perform maintenance of hard copy files as required. Follow established security measures and safety compliance procedures. Complete assigned duties at various workstations during scheduled shifts, including: Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside, Roll Thru. Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts. Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary. Other duties as assigned.
