Qualifications
Responsibilities:Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, Slack).Handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.Prioritize and escalate urgent issues as necessary.Achieve proficiency in multiple customer service platforms, CRM systems, and internal databases.Access and update information across different programs to resolve customer issues efficiently.Adapt quickly to new software and system updates.Process new customers and orders accurately and efficiently.Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.Collaborate effectively with sales and other departments to identify new business opportunities.Training & Work Schedule:Training Schedule: 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CSTPost-Training Work Schedule:Initial Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM CSTTransition Shift: After acclimatization, the shift will adjust to Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM CSTRequirements:1-3 years of customer service experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and multitasking ability.Quick learner capable of delivering an outstanding customer experience to diverse personalities.Proficient with computer systems.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.A sense of humor and a strong desire to contribute to a fast-growing company.
