About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Operations Account Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing the client experience by overseeing all aspects of technical implementation and maintaining healthy relationships with clients utilizing our PM + Connect and DART + Non-LOS asset platforms. As the primary custodian of the client journey post-deal closure, you will ensure seamless technical onboarding, provide expert user training, and swiftly address any challenges that arise. You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Capital Markets, and Product, acting as the operational glue that enables our clients to fully leverage the value of our lending and asset management technology. What You Will Do Manage comprehensive client and partner onboarding from initiation to successful go-live, including user management, role assignments, permissions, and self-service setups. Conduct product walkthroughs, workflow training, and transaction education while developing all required onboarding documentation, training materials, and reference guides. Oversee technical provisioning, including API key distribution and access configuration, particularly for Figure Markets and YLDS capabilities. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, logging and tracking inquiries and resolutions.
