Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the primary contact for our valued customers. Your mission will be to provide outstanding customer service while educating clients about our diverse range of financial products and services. You will uphold our company’s quality standards and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Educate customers on our financial products and services
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations during transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer
- Process transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively or escalate to the Store Manager
- Contribute to a clean and welcoming store environment
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or financial sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in cash handling and transaction processing
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
