Under the guidance of the Vice President of Customer Experience and the Customer Service Manager, and in collaboration with the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the following tasks:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive customer orders or sales representative requests, enter orders, process payments, and transfer orders to the logistics team.
Verify products, quantities, prices, shipping dates, and specific requirements for each order, including export documentation and technical documents when necessary.
Coordinate with team leaders, production, and inventory planning to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing existing and potential customers with product knowledge, order details, pricing information, and necessary documentation.
Ensure total customer satisfaction; coordinate with teams to complete records, which may include returns, credits, delays, or claims.
