HG International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support Associate (32-40 hours per week) to enhance our Frankfurt office team, aiming to provide exceptional service to our German B2B clients.

Your Role:
As a key player in our organization, you will manage the entire order process efficiently and meticulously. Your primary goal is to ensure optimal customer support while contributing significantly to our profitability targets.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, independently coordinating inquiries and providing insightful information regarding products and availability via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring seamless and service-oriented communication.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry and fulfillment.
Moreover, you will comprehensively support the sales team with essential administrative tasks, such as reporting, follow-up on offers, and sending samples, while collaborating closely to analyze customer needs and provide relevant information.
You will also manage product setups for key accounts, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and timely.
