Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Customer Service Specialist focused on skilled trades, you will ensure our operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Support: Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, provide clear pricing, schedule details, and follow up proactively.
Scheduling and Dispatch: Optimize technician routing for efficiency, maintain customer and service records using ServiceTitan, and monitor workflow and GPS data.
Membership Sales: Drive membership sales and renewals, schedule seasonal service visits, and check in with existing members to ensure satisfaction.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve service processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
