As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical liaison for our Account Management teams, playing an essential role in the onboarding and implementation of solutions that drive the success of our customers' direct mail initiatives. We seek experienced professionals with a strong technical acumen and a customer-centric approach, capable of fostering trusted relationships with Account Managers to expedite the realization of value and ensure effective deployment, adoption, and growth.
