The Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) plays a pivotal role on the Access and Reimbursement team within AbbVie Patient Services. In this capacity, the CSS engages with healthcare provider (HCP) offices in their designated territory, serving as a subject matter expert on AbbVie’s in-office portals and access-related solutions. This role involves close collaboration with other AbbVie field stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions that enhance the patient prescription experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of HCP office processes and present electronic solutions (e.g., portals) that enhance the patient prescription experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AbbVie’s HCP-facing portals and other electronic solutions.
- Collaborate with AbbVie field teams to implement and propose solutions to HCPs in your territory. Assess HCP offices to identify delays and disruptions in the patient prescription process to determine if AbbVie’s digital solutions could be beneficial.
- Build and maintain relationships with HCP offices utilizing a portal/solution and provide them with regular updates on new functionalities that align with patient needs.
- Engage in compliant communication with AbbVie field teams.
