Customer Success Advisor (German-speaking)
As a Customer Success Advisor at iwoca, you will be the first point of contact for both potential new customers and long-standing clients, embodying our brand's values. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and web chats, assisting entrepreneurs with general inquiries as well as application processes and follow-up financing. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will empower our clients to make the best use of our products.
A fundamental aspect of our success lies in convincing and inspiring our clients and partners about our mission, from hair salons to dental practices, and from financial advisors to bank branch employees.
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, ensuring that inquiries via phone, email, or web chat are handled promptly and effectively.
You will answer questions regarding our products, the application process, and iwoca in general, thereby supporting both new and existing clients.
You will assist businesses in completing their applications and providing the necessary documents required for a credit decision.
You will collaborate with various teams within iwoca to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
You will actively participate in iwoca's development by sharing client feedback and competitor offerings, providing regular insights on our processes.
