Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, prompt, and customer-focused support to our users.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and knowledge of our products.
- Assist customers in resolving inquiries of varying complexity through email, live chat, and phone interactions.
- Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with our exceptional customer support team.
- Engage with customers to understand their usage of Sezzle's services and provide constructive feedback to our Product and Development teams.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our services.
