Key Responsibilities
Customer Outcomes and Strategic Advisory
Serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers generating over $100K in annual contract value (ACV).
Develop strategic customer success plans that align Rockerbox’s capabilities with client objectives and maturity.
Drive adoption of platform features such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), testing, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and data warehousing.
Provide proactive guidance and frameworks to enable clients to leverage Rockerbox for informed decision-making.
Retention and Growth
Own revenue outcomes for your client portfolio in collaboration with the Client Partner team.
Identify and close expansion opportunities in partnership with the Client Partner team.
Mitigate churn risk through early detection and structured action plans, with executive engagement as needed.
Onboarding and Program Management
Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure timely and accurate onboarding.
Establish clear success criteria and ensure clients achieve significant business value milestones.
Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving customer requirements.

As the Customer Success Director for Rockerbox, you will be the key strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients. This individual contributor position is crucial in a dynamic environment, emphasizing measurable outcomes, fostering platform adoption, and driving revenue retention and growth within your accounts.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to ensure our clients derive maximum value from Rockerbox, from onboarding to long-term partnership. This role demands strong ownership, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a balance between long-term strategy and immediate customer needs.
