As a Professional Services Customer Success Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic clients, guiding them throughout the onboarding lifecycle of their Cato SASE implementation. Your role involves providing comprehensive technical guidance, ensuring optimal performance of their Cato SASE implementation while adhering to best practices. You'll promote awareness of new feature enhancements and collaborate with your Customer Success team to drive product adoption.
