The CSE will engage with diverse technical and managerial teams within client organizations, showcasing the value of Cribl during strategic discussions with executives. Your mission will be to empower customers to reach their data objectives and realize the full potential of their investment in Cribl.
As An Integral Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients, managing the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to growth.
- Establish yourself as the go-to Cribl expert as clients develop data pipelines to enhance their organizational data.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to implement success plans and track KPIs at our largest accounts.
- Encourage the adoption and expansion of existing use cases while assisting in the development of new ones with clients.
- Stay attuned to customer needs, facilitating initiatives such as use case development, troubleshooting, and certification progress.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally with Cribl's sales, marketing, product, experience, and engineering teams, representing the voice of the customer.
- Inspire, mentor, and coach fellow team members, contributing significantly to the Customer Experience organization.
- Be prepared for on-call duties during off-hours if necessary.
