Role Overview: As a Junior Customer Success Engineer (CSE-1), you will serve as both a technical problem solver and an advocate for our customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with onboarding, troubleshooting, and deriving maximum value from the SAFE platform, utilizing AI to enhance your efficiency and expand your impact. This position merges traditional customer success engineering with AI-driven operations, workflow automation, and tool development. You will collaborate with global teams across the US, UK, and India, work in tandem with product and engineering departments, and contribute actively to the advancement of our AI-first support experience.
