About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with a strong background in health systems to act as an integral partner within client healthcare organizations. This position is ideal for professionals who excel in high-touch, onsite implementation environments, akin to the leading teams at top consulting firms.
In this role, you will consistently be present at client sites each week, collaborating closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to effectively implement and scale Hippocratic AI’s solutions. You will be responsible for post-sale execution, ensuring measurable outcomes, fostering strong adoption, and driving lasting change in clinical settings.
You will work in close collaboration with the Customer Success Director, serving as the frontline representative for Hippocratic AI within designated health systems.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary customer success lead for key clients, cultivating robust relationships and achieving outcomes through ongoing onsite engagement.
Take ownership of post-sale execution, ensuring optimal implementation and operationalization of AI solutions.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive measurable improvements in patient care.
