About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Executive with expertise in health systems who will act as an integral partner within our client healthcare organizations. This position is perfect for professionals adept at high-touch, onsite implementations, akin to forward-deployed teams in leading consulting firms.
As a Customer Success Executive, you will engage directly at client locations weekly, collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to successfully implement, operationalize, and scale Hippocratic AI’s innovative solutions. You will take charge of post-sale execution, ensuring measurable results, strong user adoption, and lasting changes in real-world clinical settings.
This role will work closely with the Customer Success Director and serves as the leading representative for Hippocratic AI within the designated health systems.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary customer success lead for a key client, fostering robust relationships and driving outcomes through regular onsite engagement.
Oversee post-sale deliverables, ensuring that our solutions are effectively integrated and utilized to their full potential.
