About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with experience in health systems who will act as an embedded partner within our client healthcare systems. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in high-touch implementation settings, akin to forward-deployed teams within leading consulting firms.
In this role, you will spend considerable time on-site at client facilities each week, collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and scale Hippocratic AI’s innovative solutions. You will oversee post-sale execution, ensuring measurable outcomes, robust adoption, and sustainable change within real-world clinical settings.
This position works closely with the Customer Success Director and represents Hippocratic AI's commitment and expertise within designated health systems.
What You'll Do
Act as a forward-deployed implementation and customer success leader, spending multiple days each week on-site at assigned client locations.
