About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with experience in healthcare systems to act as an integral partner within client organizations. This position requires professionals who excel in high-touch, onsite implementation environments, similar to elite consulting teams.
In this role, you will be actively present at client locations weekly, collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement, operationalize, and expand Hippocratic AI’s solutions. You will take ownership of post-sale execution, ensuring tangible outcomes, high adoption rates, and sustainable change in real-world clinical settings.
This position works closely with the Customer Success Director and serves as the frontline representative for Hippocratic AI within designated health systems.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary customer success advocate for key clients, fostering strong relationships and driving results through consistent onsite engagement.
Manage post-sales execution to ensure measurable outcomes and strong adoption of our solutions.
