About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive with extensive experience in payor relations to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be instrumental in helping our health plan clients realize measurable results through the implementation of Hippocratic AI’s cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with the Chief Customer Officer, playing a vital role in client satisfaction, retention, and growth across our payer portfolio.
This role is remote, with occasional travel to client sites and periodic meetings at our Palo Alto headquarters.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison for payer organizations, fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders across clinical operations, utilization management, care management, and executive leadership.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation processes for AI-driven products, ensuring they align seamlessly with payer workflows in areas such as prior authorization, case management, and member services.
