Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Own the entire customer journey, including pre-sales solutioning, onboarding, implementation, post-go-live support, and expansion.Collaborate with Sales to understand prospect needs and develop customized demos and solution architectures.Serve as a trusted advisor during the sales process, providing insights on feasibility and implementation strategies.Lead customer pilots and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.Monitor customer health and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and managing escalations with the Product and Engineering teams.Promote customer adoption and value realization while exploring expansion opportunities based on customer workflows.Advocate for customer insights internally to inform product and engineering development.Work with founders and business leaders to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and overall customer strategies.Design and enhance scalable processes and documentation for customer success.Grow the Customer Success & Solutions function from inception to significant scale.Qualifications:3-6 years of experience in high-growth environments such as startups, consulting, or venture capital.Undergraduate degree from a Tier-1 engineering institution.Experience working in a Founder’s Office is preferred.
