Your Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they experience success and satisfaction with our products. You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, identify upsell opportunities, and manage customer renewals to foster lasting relationships. Your analytical skills will be crucial in gathering feedback and collaborating with our sales and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Travel may be required for system installations.
