ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Leader with a robust background in Life Sciences and enterprise SaaS. This pivotal role combines team leadership with strategic direction to optimize customer engagement.
As a hands-on leader, you will work closely with your teams and customers to foster significant product adoption and advocacy. You will need to balance strategic thinking with a deep understanding of customer interactions and product details. Your expertise will guide our teams in creating effective adoption strategies, focusing on customer outcomes, and developing scalable processes.
To thrive in this role, you should be well-versed in R&D processes and scientific concepts, confidently engaging with Scientific and IT leaders in top Pharma and Biotech companies. You should have experience leading customer-facing teams within a high-growth enterprise SaaS context and possess a proven track record in driving customer success initiatives, including hiring, mentoring, and managing teams through transformative changes.
