Your Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be pivotal in assisting our customers in realizing optimal outcomes through the Leapsome platform, while also establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships with them. You will navigate the complexities of growth and help us shape our trajectory further. Your focus will be directed towards our mid-market clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively manage customer relationships to reduce churn, identify growth opportunities, and implement cross-selling strategies that align with customer requirements while meeting commercial objectives.
- Oversee customer renewals and drive net revenue retention across your portfolio.
- Create an exemplary SaaS customer experience, provide guidance on HR best practices, and facilitate ongoing platform adoption.
- Assist customers in deploying additional features of the platform, enabling them to maximize their impact through Leapsome.
Customer Success Operations
- Track and enhance customer success KPIs, including NRR, GRR, customer health scores, adoption rates, and time-to-value.
