About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at Auvik, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the long-term success of a designated portfolio of clients. You will guarantee that customers derive significant and ongoing value from the Auvik product suite, promoting renewals and fostering growth.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will represent the voice of the customer within Auvik, coordinating with internal teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to address customer needs effectively.
