We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our growth. Your mission will involve advising and assisting companies in implementing and utilizing our N2F software, while ensuring our clients' satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Consulting:
Analyzing client needs. - Configuring the solution.
- Training client accounting and administrative teams.
- Gathering client requirements and relaying them to our development team.
