Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Onboarding, Setup & Go-LiveCollaborate with customers immediately after sales to facilitate pre-onboarding and implementation.Oversee system setup and configuration, ensuring Renterra is customized to meet each customer's specific workflow needs.Conduct live training sessions to familiarize customers with core functionalities and best practices.Guarantee customers successfully go live and feel assured in utilizing Renterra for their daily activities.Proactively identify potential risks during the onboarding phase and address them promptly.Occasionally provide on-site implementation support when necessary.Ongoing Customer Success & SupportMaintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as their primary contact.Monitor customer usage, engagement, and health metrics proactively.Lead regular check-ins and success reviews with clients.Address customer inquiries and liaise with support, product, and engineering teams as required.Serve as the internal advocate for customers while establishing clear expectations.

Job Description
In the role of Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Renterra, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their entire journey, from pre-onboarding to long-term success. Your primary focus will be to ensure that customers are effectively set up, educated, and empowered to use Renterra in their daily operations.
You will work closely with clients during the implementation and training phases and will continue to nurture the relationship post-launch to enhance adoption, retention, and growth. This multifaceted role encompasses onboarding, enablement, relationship management, and proactive support, all of which are essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position is based in Chicago and offers a hybrid work model.
