In this dynamic role within our customer success team, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with our diverse portfolio of clients. As a trusted advisor, your mission is to ensure they achieve optimal outcomes while providing valuable feedback to our product development teams.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Oversee a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, owning the overall relationship with your clients.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans for each new customer, ensuring effective onboarding in collaboration with their technology, compliance, and risk teams.
- Proactively support clients by driving platform adoption, improving utilization, and minimizing churn while ensuring renewals.
- Provide continuous assistance, addressing client queries and coordinating with various ComplyAdvantage teams to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales/account management team to promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities, enhancing contract revenue.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap based on customer insights.
- Lead new feature rollouts, including both formal and informal training for customers and internal teams, as well as drafting client communications.
- Contribute to market development efforts by collaborating with marketing to create high-quality collateral and working with the product team to define future requirements.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to enhance ComplyAdvantage's offerings.
