We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to focus intensively on client retention, portfolio health, and school continuity within Arco. This is a strategic role with significant impact, responsible for ensuring our clients receive a consistent, consultative, and results-driven experience.
We look for business acumen, strong analytical skills, structured leadership, and consultative abilities to support schools with their challenges and priorities.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Customer Success team, ensuring a structured, predictable, and results-oriented operation.
- Monitoring portfolio health, analyzing data, identifying risks and opportunities, and creating action plans to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention of schools.
- Conducting or supporting strategic discussions with stakeholders, providing clarity and direction, while structuring processes, routines, and enhancements to increase team efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Educational, and Operations teams to address challenges and build an increasingly robust experience for schools.
