The Customer Success Manager II is responsible for managing the post-sale customer journey, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, tangible product adoption, visibility into customer health, and predictable renewal processes.
In this role, you will act as the strategic account leader, collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to guarantee that customers achieve significant business results with Lumana. The Customer Success Manager will focus on adoption and readiness for expansion, with a primary emphasis on strategic accounts.
