As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee our midmarket client relationships, reporting directly to our Head of Customer Operations, Aileen Palmer. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
This role requires close collaboration with customers to identify their needs, deliver customized solutions, and maximize the value they receive from our products. In addition to managing a portfolio of clients, you will contribute to our overall customer success strategies.
